This Data Processing Agreement ("Agreement") is made between:

Sole Professional Marharyta Herasimenka (hereinafter referred to as the "Licensor"), acting under License №101156, Dubai Media City, UAE, owner and operator of the SignBridge mobile application, and The User (individual or legal entity) of the SignBridge mobile application (hereinafter referred to as the "User" or "Controller").

1. Definitions

Personal Data: any information relating to an identified or identifiable natural person processed by SignBridge in connection with the User's use of the mobile application.

Processing: any operation performed on Personal Data, including collection, storage, transfer, or deletion.

Controller: User who determines the purposes and means of Processing Personal Data through the SignBridge app.

Processor: Licensor, who processes Personal Data on behalf of the User.

2. Subject of the Agreement

2.1 The Licensor agrees to process Personal Data on behalf of the User in connection with providing access to and use of the SignBridge mobile application, which includes functionality such as task management, project stage tracking, electronic signatures, file transfers, and payment confirmations.

2.2 The User, as Controller, instructs the Licensor to process Personal Data necessary for the operation and provision of the application services.

3. Obligations of the Licensor

3.1 The Licensor shall:

• Process Personal Data only based on documented instructions from the User (Controller).
• Implement appropriate technical and organizational security measures to protect Personal Data, including encryption, access controls, and data integrity verification.
• Ensure confidentiality by restricting access to authorized personnel only.
• Assist the User in fulfilling data subject rights requests and regulatory compliance, including data access, correction, and deletion.
• Notify the User promptly of any personal data breach that could affect User data.

3.2 The Licensor will not engage any sub-processors without prior written consent from the User.

4. Obligations of the User

4.1 The User confirms that they have the legal right to transfer Personal Data to the Licensor for Processing.

4.2 The User shall provide clear instructions regarding the scope and purpose of data processing in the application.

4.3 The User is responsible for compliance with applicable data protection laws relating to Personal Data processed through the SignBridge application.

5. Data Subject Rights

The Licensor will assist the User in responding to data subject requests (access, rectification, erasure, restriction) in a timely manner according to applicable laws.

6. Data TransfersPersonal

Data may be transferred and stored in the UAE or other jurisdictions necessary for operation of the SignBridge app. The Licensor will ensure adequate safeguards for such transfers.

7. Security Measures

The Licensor implements measures including:

• Data encryption in transit and at rest
• Secure authentication and access control mechanisms
• Regular security audits and vulnerability assessments

8. Duration and Termination

This Agreement remains valid as long as the User uses the SignBridge mobile application. Upon termination, the Licensor shall delete or return all Personal Data as instructed by the User, unless otherwise required by law.

9. Liability and Indemnification

Each party shall comply with applicable laws. The Licensor is liable only for breaches resulting from negligence or willful misconduct in processing Personal Data.
