We, the SignBridge team, respect your privacy and are committed to protecting the personal data you provide when using the SignBridge mobile application. This Privacy Policy explains what data we collect, how we use it, store it, and protect it.


1. Who We Are


SignBridge is a mobile application that enables Contractors and their Clients to manage projects, record legally significant agreements, exchange documents, sign them, and make payments.

2. What Data We Collect


2.1 When registering a Contractor:

  • Full name;
  • Company name or sole proprietorship, freelancer;
  • Logo (if provided);
  • Contact information: email, phone;
  • Payment details;
  • Uploaded legal documents (contracts, SLA, technical specifications, etc.);
  • Account credentials (email and password).

2.2 When registering a Client:

  • Full name;
  • Email (provided by Contractor);
  • Account credentials (automatically created upon invitation).

2.3 Technical and Functional Data:

  • Metadata about interactions with the app (creation and modification dates of stages, signatures, payment links, payment statuses);
  • Documents uploaded within the project;
  • Chat correspondence between parties;
  • Signatures made during interactions.

3. How We Use the Data


We use your data for the following purposes:

  • Creating and maintaining account functionality;
  • Ensuring legally significant document workflow;
  • Recording and protecting agreements between parties;
  • Protecting the Contractor’s interests from unauthorized deletion or modification of data;
  • Controlling access to project stages;
  • Moderating and logging correspondence between parties;
  • Enabling online signing of documents;
  • Sending notifications about project statuses, signatures, and payments;
  • Providing discounts for reviews and recommendations (if applicable).

4. Data Storage


All documents, correspondence, and project stages are stored encrypted in a cloud database.

Data is retained for the entire duration of the project and is not deleted without notifying the parties, provided the app is actively used. If there is prolonged inactivity, a notification about inactivity and warning of account deletion within 30 days will be sent to the registered email.

Client messages cannot be deleted after 24 hours from sending to prevent manipulation of terms retroactively.

Data can be exported by the Contractor for legal protection.


5. Disclosure to Third Parties


We do not share your personal data with third parties except:

  • When required by law;
  • Integration with external services (e.g., online signature services, payment gateways) provided they comply with their privacy policies;
  • Situations where the User exports project data for court or other official proceedings.

6. Security


We implement modern technical and organizational measures to protect your information:

  • Encryption of data during transmission and storage;
  • Authentication via email and password;
  • Logging all actions in the app;
  • Restricting editing rights on stages and messages (time limits for Client editing).

7. Your Rights


You have the right to:

  • Access your personal data;
  • Correct or update your data;
  • Withdraw consent to data processing (which may make the app unusable);
  • Request deletion of your personal data if it does not conflict with project terms and legal obligations.
